My name is Michelle Kattula and I am a Senior Loan Advisor with Aequitas Mortgage. I started my career in the mortgage industry at the number one wholesale lender in the country, where I learned many useful skills in the mortgage industry to better serve my partners and my clients. I then transitioned into my role as a Senior Loan Advisor with a mortgage company where I am able to offer my clients unlimited products and pricing because I work with over 20 lenders and banks to provide the best suitable loan for my clients. With these unlimited options, I am able to help everyone from experienced investors, to self-employed individuals, to first-time home buyers, and everything in between. Our company provides the fastest, easiest, and most customized client experience in the industry because of the flexibility we have to offer. I am constantly learning and training my craft in the industry in order to stay on top of industry trends, insight, and analysis for myself and my clients. My focus is to provide thorough education to my clients so they can make the most financially responsible decisions for some of the biggest investments they will ever make.
